HPL's Extended Access Service allows pre-registered Members access to the collections, public computers, Wi-Fi and study space in the Freelton, Lynden and Greensville branches during hours when Staff are not on duty.
While branches are self-serve during Extended Access, HPL Staff located at other open branches are still available to assist you. If you have difficulty entering the Library due to issues with your HPL Library card, please call 289-779-7588, or email us at askhpl@hpl.ca and our Staff will be happy to help you.
If you are having difficulty checking out Library materials while using the Extended Access Service, you may use the available in-branch telephone (featuring a video camera) to connect with Staff who will be happy to provide assistance.
