Members that would like to make changes online to their account information may visit hpl.ca and click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner (Login/MYHPL).
Click on “Settings” (the last option on the menu) and you will be able to edit your username, email address, pin and preferred pick-up branch location.
Name, address and birthdate edits will require you to visit your local branch with one piece of proof of identification (ID).
