Updating Account Information

Updating Account Information: Thank you for your question with regard to updating your HPL Account information. Some account information can be updated online by logging in to hpl.ca and going to the drop down menu in the upper right corner Login/MYHPL. Click on “Settings” (the last option on the menu) and you will see where you can edit your username, email address, pin and pick-up location. Name and birthdate edits will require you to visit your local branch with a proof of identification. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
